Joe Wicks No-Bread Benedict

I think this is one of my favourite dishes so far from the 3rd Lean in 15 books, “The Sustain Plan”. 

Really easy to make, definitely a meal in 15 minutes, no bread so reduced carbs, perfect for a rest day and it tastes really good. 


Being on the 90 day SSS plan, none of the recipes allowed me to eat pork and I love pork! So it’s really nice to be able to enjoy a dish like this again and remain within my macronutrients. 

Great for a lazy Sunday afternoon lunch 🍴
